Who EXACLTY Are These For?

  • 5K and 10K Runners: New runners aiming to build a solid foundation and complete their first 5K or 10K quickly, safely, and efficiently.

  • Half-Marathon and Marathon Runners: Runners looking to challenge themselves with half-marathons or marathons, seeking a structured program to improve endurance and speed.

  • NOTE For Ultra-Marathon Runners: This program is still being developed. I do not publish any program I have not personally tested all the way through. Ultra training coming soon.

Ian's running courses are designed to safely accomplish a 5K, 10K, half-marathon, marathon, and ultra-marathon (coming soon) in 6 months or less depending on the athletes skill level and experience.

 

Each course offers the training plans, nutritional advice, recovery techniques, and community support to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your running goals.
